Directions & Campus Map
ONLINE LOCATION: TBA
For those suffering from the weak economy, we will still be providing a conference experience online (at a cheaper rate). The Cloud Conference part is being hosted fully online by MEMO and members of the KSU Trumbull Campus (October 15 to November 15, 2012). Individuals will post papers (PDFs), videos (YouTube), sound recordings, blogs, or other media online; these will be either hosted directly within the password-protected site or linked to outside the site (as in the case for YouTube video presentations, which can also be further password protected). Anyone registered for the Brick-n-Mortar conference will have access to this part of the conference as well and be able to comment/discuss presentations in text format online. A web address and password will be provided soon!
NOTE: This online location will be available only to those individuals registered for the conference. All online presentations (PDF papers, or video, or other media) will be located in a password-protected area online. These sessions will be made available for one month (October 15 - November 15) to all conference participants (online and at the actual on-land conference). There will be a text-based forum available for each session.

LODGING
RESEVERATIONS MUST BE MADE BY September 18, 2012 to receive this price!
The official conference hotel is the Courtyard Marriott, located right next to the KSU Stark campus. The conference rate is $109.00 per room. Be sure to state that this is for the International Conference on Medievalism when you reserve your room. |

SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS
Sign language interpreters will be provided for discussion following both keynote speakers. Individuals must submit reasonable requests for all other special accommodations in writing to Dr. Carol L. Robinson (clrobins@kent.edu) by October 1, 2012 for them to be successfully addressed (after that, we will do the best that we can, but there is no guarantee). Be sure to state the nature of the request, as well as for which part(s) of the program the request is being made.
Publication Opportunities
Selected scholarly papers related to the conference theme will be published in Year’s Work in Medievalism.
